Arnav Neel Ghosh is an advisor to mCalibre Technologies on Mobile Advertising business domain. He has over 16 years experience in mobile and digital marketing in India and Europe. He is currently Managing Director – India of Mobext, the world’s largest Mobile Marketing Agency (a subsidiary of Havas Digital). He started his career with TBWA in mainline advertising with stints across JWT & Digitas before moving on to UK /Spain to work in mobile marketing projects with Orange and Telefonica respectively. Worked with UK based mobile marketing firm "Active media technology" now aligned with "2ergo plc globally" for about 6 years and helped to set up their operations in Mumbai and spearheaded to launch Asia's biggest mobile CRM project "Vodafone Tuesday's" in India. Set up Publicis Modem in India to lead the digital initiatives of Publicis in India & South Asia and then moved on to IRIS worldwide as executive VP of digital in India.

Dr. Vasudha Bhatnagar is an advisor to mCalibre Technologies on Knowledge Processing technical domain. She has a PhD degree with over 26 years experience. She initially worked in the industry with C-Dot; and later switched to academic sector. She is currently Reader in Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi. She is a recognized expert in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) domains. She has multiple research publications in leading international journals/transactions and conferences. She has also served on Technical program Committees of numerous international Data Mining conferences - WISEW 2002, IDEAS 2006, COMAD 2006, IDEAS 2007, ICISS 2007 and DASFAA 2008.
